It is informed to all the concerned who applied to the DCI (in previous years) for appearing in the Screening Test for the purpose of recognition of their foreign UG/PG dental qualification but failed or absent in the examinations and willing to reappear in the Screening Test are hereby informed that they may apply to DCI for the purpose upto 15th December, 2021 positively. The list of the eligible candidates will be forwarded to the prescribed authority i.e. National Board of Examinations, New Delhi for allowing them to appear in the Screening Test which is scheduled to be held on 11th January, 28th January, 2022 for UG and PG respectively.

It is informed to all the eligible candidates that the next Screening Test Examinations for their foreign UG Degree is going to be conducted on 11th January, 2022 and PG Degree/PG Diploma are going to be conducted on 28th January, 2022 at Delhi by the National Board of Examinations. The Executive Committee of the DCI in its meeting held on 20.06.2018 while evaluating the Inspection Reports noticed that some of the Inspectors are not sending their report in the latest Inspection Proforma prescribed for both BDS and MDS courses as uploaded in the DCI website and has decided to direct all the inspectors to follow the new Proforma for Inspections, Affidavits and Self Assessment Report (SAR) uploaded in DCI website, while sending their observations. They shall also ensure that the SAR (should contain information uploaded by the institution in college profile management and faculty management links) has been duly signed by the Principal before commencement of the inspection. Inspectors while filling up the proformas should highlight any gross discrepancy found during physical verification with the information provided in the SAR of the said institution. In case of failure to observe these guidelines among other requirements, the concerned inspector(s) shall have to personally appear before the Executive Committee to explain the same on his/her own expenditure and no TA/DA would be paid to visit the office of DCI for this purpose.
